through your problem on your computer (provided the internet connection is
working). I will be looking at exactly what you see on your screen while we
talk on the phone. You won't have to explain what you see I'll see
the same thing. This can be remarkably effective for many issues.
Sometimes you just need a quick explanation of what happened and how to undo it before something REALLY bad happens, I can help you. So, you need a quick lesson on how to backup your files, or someone to do it for you.
